Ereca Stage Racer 2 Complete Optical Fibre Transmission for Live Broadcast

The Ereca STAGE RACER 2 is an all-in-one optical fibre transmission platform designed to meet the demands of modern broadcast production. Built for flexibility and performance, it delivers reliable signal transport for events of any size – from small outside broadcasts to large, complex live production environments.

Flexible for Any Broadcast Topology

STAGE RACER 2 adapts to a wide range of workflows. It can be deployed as a simple point-to-point OB interconnect, or configured into advanced star, ring, or linear network topologies across an entire TV compound. The system also supports long-distance transmission, making it ideal for remote production applications and content exchange between multiple locations using dark fibre or SMPTE-based IP protocols.

True Multi-Signal Integration

Designed as a fully integrated platform, STAGE RACER 2 accepts multiple signal types within a single device – without the need for external adapters. All incoming signals can be internally routed, associated, and distributed across the network, providing powerful and efficient resource sharing between connected units.

Key Features

Frame Synchronization and Delay
Up to 16 independent framebuffers / frame synchronizers are available per unit on all 3G ports, ensuring stable and perfectly aligned signals across complex workflows.

Advanced Embedding and De-embedding
Audio can be embedded into or extracted from any SDI port. Signals can also be freely reassigned between ports, providing complete flexibility in audio routing.

Comprehensive Audio Processing
Built-in Sample Rate Conversion (SRC) on nearly all audio I/O allows any audio source to be routed to any output format – including Analog, MADI, Dante/AES-67, SDI Audio, and AES (coming soon).

Third-Party Control Integration
Full Ember+ support enables seamless remote control and system management through leading broadcast control platforms such as Cerebrum, KSC Core, VSM, and more.
